Built on the NEOS platform

An advanced, functional mechanical design: the solid, optimised base for the whole LRS family. Synonymous with high volume, speed and resolution, NEOS brings the robustness and reliability industrial production demands.

A subsystem for machine builders

The LUXBEAM® Rapid System is a professional, high-volume subsystem for 3D-print machine builders: a vast build area at high resolution, with a documented interface for easy integration into your machine base and software.

  • High throughput

High UV/IR power in the image, high data throughput, real-time image processing and high-frame-rate DLP, enabling machine configurations with state-of-the-art throughput.

  • High resolution

Patented optical multiplexing creates the optical performance and environment that enables sub-pixelation during motion.

  • Low cost of ownership

DLP, LED, and laser light sources give a superior lifetime and a low cost of ownership.

  • Light engines, built in-house

  • Scrolling or static: which configuration do I need?

Scrolling rides one or more light engines across the build area on a motion system, so the build volume is limited only by the motion system, not the projector. That’s what you choose when you need to print large. Static (stacked) is a fixed projection: ultimate precision in a compact, robust, industry-ready package, with engines stacked to boost efficiency. In practice, it comes down to one question: do you need a large build area (scrolling), or not (static)?

  • What is Direct Image Sintering (DIS)?

DIS exposes a full image onto the powder bed and fuses it in a single flash, instead of scanning point by point. Applying DLP projector technology to powder bed fusion this way lifts throughput dramatically, because the image is the same speed whatever its size.

  • Do you deliver complete machines?

No. Visitech provides the light-engine subsystem (the LUXBEAM® Rapid System plus the NEOS platform and LAMA software). Machine builders integrate motion, powder handling and heating around it; we support quick, easy implementation with reference and custom motion-system configurations.

  • What resolutions and light sources are available?

The LRS family spans HD, WQXGA and native 4K, in LED and LASER, plus an NIR variant built for powder bed fusion. Use the selector above to filter by configuration, light source and resolution, and compare up to three side by side.
